The Fort Gallery’s 2018 juried photography exhibition contemplates wilderness—both its definition and its increasing endangerment, as humans continue to encroach on even the most remote places on our planet. altered spaces: interventions in the landscape runs July 25-August 19, 2018.

Jurors reviewed 40 submitted pieces exploring this theme; 19 photographs were selected. The included artists are: Deborah Colvin, Deborah DeJong, Graham Dowden, Kathleen Gaitt, Shira Gold, Kyle Graham, Fiona Howarth, Nancy Jeakins, Judy Jones, Edith Krause, Christine Leviczky Riek and Kendra Schellenberg.

Please join us for the opening reception, Saturday, July 28th, 2-4pm. Many of the artists will be in attendance and will be giving short talks on their work.
