Your favorite airport party is back once again! On August 18th, YVR is hosting our third annual YVR Chill Out at Larry Berg Flight Path Park, a celebration of cultural food, music, arts and more from some of the 22 countries YVR flies to.

An action-packed festival, Chill Out 2018 will feature live sets from local bands Marine Drive, Trilojay and Mariachi del Sol, as well as performances from yo-yoing star Harrison Lee and Wes the Magician from America’s Got Talent.

As an active member of our community, YVR is committed to giving back. Each year, we donate more than $1,000,000 to various community organizations, many of whom will have tents and interactive booths at Chill Out to learn more about them.

This year’s theme is Around the World, as there will be food, dance and crafts from some of YVR’s most renowned destinations worldwide. There will also be YVR’s community tent, at which you can enter the #getpacking contest for a chance to win two free round trip flights!

Regardless of how you commute, Chill Out is sure to be accessible for you: BCIT’s aerospace campus will be hosting free parking, the Bike Valet will be on-site providing complimentary bike storage, and there will be frequent shuttles running from the Templeton Canada Line station to the event.
