This Multisensory Workshop allows you to actually TASTE the history of chocolate. We'll go back over 5000 years, and explore how chocolate evolved over time. Understanding chocolate within a historical context will allow you be a smarter consumer today. The goal is to open your senses to what chocolate was, and what it can be in the future. Break down the myths, learn the truth, and satisfy your senses. A truly unique experience!

We will focus on cacao, warm and cool drinks, and solid eating chocolate, including quality bean to bar chocolate. All products will be plant based, and revolve around cacao and dark chocolate.
