Local children’s author, Jessica Haight, is excited to announce that she will be doing an author signing for her children’s novel, Big Adventures Come in Small Packages, at Indigo books in Park Royal. The event will be on August 25th, from 12pm to 4pm.

Haight’s novel, Big Adventures Come in Small Packages, describes the adventures of a determined young guinea pig, Cinnamon, and follows her journey through being adopted and embracing new friends and a new family. The novel, for ages 7-11, has been described as, "Gentle, engaging and fun…a heartwarming tale of friendship and the power of teamwork" by Suzanne Burnell (author).

Haight has experience connecting with elementary classes in BC that have read her book in class. She is excited for the continued opportunity to connect with young readers and share her passion for reading and writing at the author signing event.
