8th Annual International Outdoor Painting Competition. Registered artists race against the clock to complete a work of art on locations throughout Steveston. Paintings are then prepared for display and adjudication. Over $5,000 in cash and prizes to be awarded. (Artists registration deadline Sept 18, 2018).
