Whether you are looking to venture through technical trails or wide-open slopes, this six-week workshop is designed to prepare your body for the all the rigours of snow sports and keep you injury free as you put your body through hell those first few days after such a long seasonal break.

Our beautiful cabin-style studio is the perfect place to train and build strength through our unique and evidence-driven method. With a smart approach to joint care and body awareness, as well as explorations into the concepts of rotational stability, unilateral balance, and anti-alignment, our goal is to give you the tools you need to freely enjoy the snow this coming winter season. At its core, our approach at Restore Human is about transferring the training we do in the studio to those activities that add joy and fulfillment to our lives.

This workshop will be taught by Master Coach K on Thursday nights at 7pm - Starting August 30th for 6 Weeks. Space is limited to 8 participants to make sure you get excellent instruction and attention to your training process.
