Variety is par for the course with Vancouver’s longest-running songwriters’ showcase, where listeners can expect to discover talented artists who are new to them, and hear familiar voices in a different way. It’s a unique live music experience: a warm, unplugged vibe, great stories, and of course, superlative song-writing. On September 18, SongBird North launches its 23rd season in Vancouver at The Roundhouse. The all-Canadian line-up includes host/producer Shari Ulrich, Toronto’s Shawna Caspi, Montreal’s Matt Stern, and Nashville veteran Bruce Miller.
