Learn the history, customs, and tradition behind the celebration of the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival. Instructor Jessica Yue will first show you how you how to make ice mooncakes. Then you will take a quick tour of the house while she sets up the kitchen and shows you how to make baked moon cakes. You’ll get a chance to sample each of the mooncakes as well.
