The new 2018-19 season of the Vancouver Chamber Music Society will open on Saturday, September 22, 7:30pm at West Vancouver United Church with the brilliant young cellist Brannon Cho. Accompanying him will be Vancouver’s most sought-after pianist Chiharu Iinuma. The program will include works by Boccherini, Schumann, Britten and Elgar.
Cho has won the Johansen International Competition, prizewinner in the Naumburg International Cello Competition and the prestigious Queen Elizabeth Competition.

“We felt as though we were glimpsing and hearing a Yo-Yo Ma or Pablo Casals level genius. ‘Bravo!’ shouts came from audience corners.” – review December 2016 by Amy Munice, Picture This Post

This is the first of our flagship evening series which will continue to bring electrifying performances to our subscribers. Probably the best buy anywhere in metro Vancouver, a subscription to these concerts is as low as $120 for all five performances.
Single tickets are also available now from our website.
