Stage 43 Theatrical Society is proud to present M*A*S*H - the kickoff to our "As Seen on Screen" 2018-2019 season!

Did you know that Richard Hooker wrote the book MASH: A Novel About Three Army Doctors following his own experiences as a doctor in a MASH unit in Korea – and yes…he really did name his tent “The Swamp”.

The stage adaptation by Tim Kelly followed, as well as feature film and TV versions. The story of talented surgeons who use mischief and insubordination to deal with the pressure and turmoil of finding
themselves in the middle of the Korean War is one that audiences continue to find both relatable and entertaining.

For this production, we are proud to partner with Honour House Society, which provides a free-of charge, temporary home for members of our Canadian Armed Forces, Veterans and Emergency
Services Personnel and their families while they travel to receive medical care and treatment in the Metro Vancouver Area. Partial proceeds from each ticket sold for M*A*S*H’s 2-week run will be donated to this amazing organization. Please visit honourhouse.ca/ for information on their services.

Individual show tickets are now on sale through our website www.stage43.org/tickets or through the Evergreen Cultural Centre’s box office (604-927-6555). Wednesday, October 17 has special 2-for-1 pricing (on single, adult priced tickets only). Use the discount code “4077”.

Opening night (Thursday, October 11) includes a cast and crew mix-and-mingle reception after the show, with refreshments from season sponsors The Saint St. Grill and Blue Heron Fruit Winery.

Directed by Dale Kelly, M*A*S*H will be performed at the Evergreen Cultural Centre (1205 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam). Enjoy free parking or just hop on the sky train – the theatre is adjacent to the new Lafarge Park-Douglas Station!
