Join us to give our headliner, Wayde Compton, former director of The Writer's Studio, a fun-filled literary send-off. He'll be joined by a great cross section of readers including current students, TWS alumni, and local authors.

Wayde Compton is the author of four books. His writing has won a City of Vancouver Book Award and has been nominated for the Dorothy Livesay Poetry Prize. From 2012-18, Compton directed the Creative Writing Program at SFU Continuing Studies. He now teaches Creative Writing at Douglas College.
