WHAT: Art After Stroke
• A celebration of artistic work and performances by stroke survivors
• Includes paintings, photography, music, theatre, and comedy
• Delicious treats will also be available
• See and hear how creativity and art fuel the journey towards recovery for these stroke survivors
• All funds go towards regional stroke recovery programs

• Every 10 minutes, a Canadian has a stroke. That translates into roughly 30,000 stroke survivors across the country.
• Stroke Recovery Association of BC (SRABC) has been supporting stroke survivors since 1979.
• SRABC currently has 30 branches across the province.
• Each branch offers a variety of programs, including: social events, exercise, communication, and cognitive stimulation.
