Seventy-five-year-old Wes Mackey is originally from South Carolina but his take on the blues is truly unique. Known for his biographical storytelling and uplifting performances, he's traveled the world. His career began over 50 years ago. As a young man, he was lucky enough to work in bands that would back up touring artists like Muddy Water, Jimmy Reed, and many others.
