The most extreme genre movie of 2018 comes from Vancouver native Panos Cosmatos, son of Rambo director George Cosmatos. Delivering in spades on the promise of his debut Beyond the Black Rainbow, Mandy is (be warned) an ultra-violent revenge fantasy, but the emphasis falls squarely on the last word.
