Enjoy a 60-minute private yoga therapy session from one of VSOHA's student yoga therapists. Yoga therapists work one-on-one using the principles of yoga to create a unique offering designed to address each individual client’s needs. These sessions can support healing on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic.

Some common applications of yoga therapy include: lower-back pain, improving posture and mobility, physical injuries, grief, anxiety and depression.
