Do you find yourself gobbling down food whenever you have a fight with your partner, given an impossible deadline to meet at work, have a social gathering that you are nervous to go to?

On November 21, join us for an intimate workshop to talk about STRESS EATING. We will discuss what it really is, why we do it (there are good reasons!), and what we can do about it.

The workshop will be taking place on the lovely Granville Island at Ocean Breath Yoga (1521 Foreshore Walk, Vancouver, BC). Doors open at 7:00 pm and the workshop will run until 8:15 pm.

There will be delicious tea and extra goodies for attendees… so there is much to look forward to.
