Taste of BC Terroir Dinner
Tuc Craft Kitchen, 60 W. Cordova, Vancouver This one-night-only event features a five-course menu by Tuc’s exec chef Roy Flemming, featuring his signature brand of rustic comfort food paired with two Okanagan-grown wines per course. The event is co-hosted by Tuc co-owner/sommelier Colin Ross and BC Wine Shop owner and Okanagan Valley authority Gerrit Van Staalduinen.
