We will have 3 different stages of dough ready in advance to demonstrate what to expect. Start your own loaf during the class. Bring it home, and finish baking it in your oven! We will explain how to care for your starter, which you can take home. Please bring: an apron, a medium mixing bowl to mix and carry your dough, a small container.
