Maurice Guibord, President of Société historique francophone de la Colombie-Britannique will discus the early Francophone settlers in Vancouver and highlight their significance in the region’s history and landscape. Their still extant buildings in the older sectors of Vancouver indicate their influence in commerce, industry and culture.
