Garry Essendine, a successful and self-obsessed actor in the midst of a mid-life crisis, finds himself in a situation bordering on farce. The theatre’s favourite leading man suddenly finds himself juggling a fawning ingenue, a crazed playwright, an aggressive seductress, his ex-wife, and the personal lives of his friends.
