This retreat is suitable for both newcomers and experienced students. It will include periods of seated and walking meditation, and a dharma talk by the teacher, Kim Hoben Hansen. Hoben is the resident teacher of the North Shore Zendo, a non-profit Zen Buddhist community in North Vancouver, BC. Bring a bag lunch.
