We will begin our evening learning about the 108 bead mala necklace and creating our own necklace infused with personal intention, to be gifted or kept for ourselves.
All materials will be provided.
Following the mala workshop, we willparticipate in a gentle yoga sequence with plenty of hands on adjustments and gentle massage.
