Beginning at 7:30 p.m. with welcome bubbly (La Jara Prosecco Brut DOC) as well as a glass of wine from producers that include Austria’s Domaine Wachau (‘Terraces’ Grüner Veltliner 2016), Spain’s Les Hermanas (‘Organic Monastrell’ 2017) and France’s Chapoutier (‘Bila Hout’ 2017, red and white blends) and Les Jamelles (Syrah 2016).
