When restrictions occupy our life during the pandemic, red line that signifies boundary becomes a common scenery. Chinese-Canadian artist Yang Xiaolu examines his ambivalent emotion towards restrictions and centralization in the current time, and unveils a surreal and theatrical world with his representational style.
