Between 1931 and 1961, over 2000 young Mennonite daughters worked as maids in Vancouver homes. The virtual presentation will include historical context and stories by author of 'Daughters in the City' Ruth Derksen Siemens and Mennonite Museum Society’s Director, Richard Thiessen.
