Shine Bright is a celebration of the holidays in New Westminster’s historic Downtown. The event includes Instagrammable lighting installations in Hyack Square and takes place December 1st – January 31st. The lights can be enjoyed by folks from all backgrounds, giving everyone a chance to festively acknowledge this time of year.
