This cozy Gentle Hatha class is for anyone interested in a more traditional yoga practice. It is a slow-paced class where the asanas (poses) are each held for a few breaths. The class also includes light breathwork, a short guided meditation, and other mindfulness techniques such as body scans, eye movements, etc.
