To kick off Black History Month, Vancouver's Universal Gospel Choir (UGC) presents, "We Shall Overcome". Joined by Terrance Kelly, award-winning composer, director, and singer from Oakland California, "We Shall Overcome" is a celebration of African American history and 'black resistance' (Black History Month 2023 theme).
