Procter creates paintings and sculptures employing salvaged objects, found materials, and industrial products in his inventive art making. Influenced by the work of Calder, The Group of Seven, Matisse and Stella, Procter’s work also reflects complex intercultural references, such as the organic symmetry of Inuit or German folk art.
