Frank has had a stroke and cannot communicate. Evelyn is showing early signs of dementia. Their eldest daughter Sharon is struggling to manage the day-to-day care of her parents, as well as her own family. Her younger sister Miranda- living the dream in New York comes home for a visit. Tensions mount, and hard decisions must be made.
