Doors open to all guests for the main competition at 6:00 p.m. for an unforgettable gourmet experience and culinary battle. Guests will savour dishes and paired beverages at each competing chef’s station. The evening’s seated programme includes dessert and live music by Juno Award-winning performers as well as a live fundraising auction.
