Artistic Director/Choreographer Paras Terezakis’ world premiere takes the audience on a bizarre and beautiful journey into a world of surprise – both delightful and dark. Known for pushing the boundaries of contemporary dance, Kinesis Dance somatheatro works in collaboration with innovative new approaches to music, sound, video and lighting design to explore the elusive notion of utopia and its contrasting peril of dystopia. Inspired by Ulysses’ as a metaphor for a voyage of discovery, the work offers explosive energy, contemplative imagery and provocative physical theatre.
