UNIT/PITT is proud to present a survey of work by Vancouver artist, musician, and writer Elizabeth Fischer. Well known for fronting bands such as Animal Slaves and DarkBlueWorld, Fischer has also exhibited her visual and new media art both locally and internationally. This exhibition combines diverse work -- paintings, drawings, gig posters and CD covers, and digital prints -- spanning three decades.

The exhibition is accompanied by a book, Orphans and Dogs (which is also the name of one of her musical projects), containing Elizabeth Fischer's writing, along with digital illustrations, co-published by UNIT/PITT and Publication Studio Vancouver.
