Light On PTSD will be hosting their 2nd annual cycling event at Second Beach, Stanley Park, from 9am July 23 - 9am July 24th. The purpose of the July 24th date and the 24 hour ride is a reminder that PTSD is a disorder that people struggle with 24/7. PTSD does not only effect military and first responders but anyone, at any age, at any time.

The public is encouraged to come out and join the team for a round or two of the park, connect with the Honour House and Light On PTSD team, enjoy some yoga with Lululemon and win some prizes! Activities are free but as their goal is to raise $10,000 for Honour House this year they are gratefully accepting any donations. The Light On team will be selling t-shirts and hats from their Second Beach home base.
