    The second annual World Indigenous Basketball Challenge is coming to UBC. Indigenous men's and women's basketball teams from all over the world will compete in this unique global event.

    Hosted by the Skidegate men's team of Haida Gwaii in partnership with the Heiltsuk Nation women's team, the WIBC will feature four days of top-tier basketball, cultural sharing, entertainment, vendors and food. All are invited to cheer on the basketball tournament and take part in festivities!

    Daily admission is $5, free for children under 12. Opening ceremonies are 7 p.m. on August 8. Five day pass $20.
