Come and learn how our current daily tasks are often working against our bodies natural design. Posture, the bodies alignment is important in maintain healthy joints. Come and find out how you can start making positive changes to your health, and how it can impact your life in many ways.
Come and join us on Tuesday 22nd August 6pm and invest an hour with Amanda Reid to gain an insight in working towards being pain free.

6:25pm to 6:50pm – Try out some Functional Tests and Exercises
6:50pm to 7:00pm – open networking and questions
WHAT TO BRING
If you want to try out some functional tests and exercises, bring some flat shoes. Tests will be limited to those that can be done standing.
Amanda Reid is Owner and Exercise Therapist at Back2Motion. She is a Professional Electrical Engineer who experienced ongoing ankle pain for years until she came across The Egoscue Method which transformed her life, and is so passionate about it has changed career paths and retrained as a Postural Alignment Specialist Certified by Egoscue University. https://www.back2motion.ca/
