BHSC TURNS 2 AT THE ASTORIA!

This month we are celebrating two years since the very first BHSC soul night. It has been an amazing two years and we are grateful for all those that come out and fill up the dance floor each and every month, helping make BHSC Vancouver's Best Soul Night. We hope you can all come down to the Astoria on Saturday August 26th to celebrate this anniversary. We promise this will be a party to remember.

A few updates:

We are looking to create some more BHSC swag, so be on the lookout for updates on that.

-Dave is just about to head off to Detroit and the surrounding areas on a record digging excursion. You best believe he will be coming back with some tracks that will really heat up the floor this month.

-Start time is back to normal this month, needle hits wax at 9pm. As always their is discounted door before 11, so get there early!

DJs Keith McCafferty and Dave Mac spin Soul, Funk, RnB, and Northern Soul all night. From huge Motown and Stax hits to the best rarities and underheard gems of the 60s and 70s. That rare soul is the genesis for soul nite; Keith and Dave are always searching for records and strive to play new slabs of wax at each night. That way you can be assured that at BHSC you will hear classics songs you know and love as well as leave the night having danced to some new favorites.
