Hapa-palooza Festival returns for its 7th year of programming! From September 22nd to the 24th, Hapa-palooza is a vibrant fusion of music, dance, literary, artistic and film performances which place prominence on celebrating and stimulating awareness of mixed-heritage and cultural hybrid identity.
