We're developing a vibrant community in Vancouver and beyond of mindfully intelligent creative artists, activist, thinkers, and freedom loving yogis of all kinds, dedicated to the transformation of consciousness and the actualization of our highest potentials.

Join us for a special 7-week series with Alan Clements and bring the gift of meditation, mindfulness, and yoga into every aspect of your life. Each week includes a presentation and guided meditation. All are welcome, especially those who are new to meditation.

'Mindful Intelligence' is the art of transforming projection and fear into self-respect and greatness. It's a radical yet accessible teaching that goes beyond dogma, religion, philosophy, and beliefs. It is grounded in Mindfulness (Insight) Meditation and Process-Based Buddhist Psychology and is also referred to as higher inner (dharma) art.

DOORS open at 6:45 pm (Access - by bus, bike racks or parking near Whole Foods)​.​ Chairs provided or bring your meditation cushion.

Alan Clements, a former Buddhist monk in Burma who trained with Mahasi Sayadaw and Sayadaw U Pandita, is an author and insight meditation teacher who lectures and leads retreats and training worldwide.His books include Instinct for Freedom, A Future To Believe In: Empowerment, Revolution, and the Right To Be Free, and The Voice of Hope: Alan Clements in Conversation with Aung San Suu Kyi.
