With FUSE, the Vancouver Art Gallery transforms into the city’s most exciting place for art, music and live performance. Since its inception in 2005, thousands of visitors have converged at the Gallery to experience innovative and experimental ways of engaging with art. Performances, music and surprises—in the gallery spaces and through the building—make FUSE Vancouver’s favourite art party. FUSE also provides a unique opportunity for visitors to explore the exhibitions currently on view at the Gallery, as well as a place to relax with friends in the FUSE lounges.
FUSE returns Friday, November 10 to present an artful evening of magic, spell and ritual. Become part of the coven at FUSE: A Conjuring, a night of unexpected happenings and surprise encounters—from artist bars to live performances, music and dance. Featuring artists from across the country, FUSE: A Conjuring will create a lively environment where FUSE-goers can cast a desirous and contemplative gaze into how artists’ materials and processes create a magical art experience.
