Toque, Western Front’s Annual Fundraiser and Craft Fair, takes place Dec 1-3 at the Western Front (303 E. 8th Ave). Curated by the Western Front, this year’s fair is a showcase of 27+ Vancouver-based artists and designers with wares ranging from textiles, ceramics and jewellery, to books, bags and candles. Proceeds support Western Front’s year-round art and music programs.

Regarded as one of Vancouver’s best curated craft fairs, TOQUE has been cited as ‘the most artful of all the artisan fairs’ by Georgia Straight, ‘a true artists’ fair with a solidly local feel’ by Scout Magazine, and has been featured on BT Vancouver with Susie Wall, BC Living, Montecristo Magazine, and more.

Western Front has commissioned artist Katie Lyle to design the annual limited-edition tea towel available exclusively at Toque.

And as part of Western Front’s Holiday Membership Drive, there will be prizes for those who join or renew their membership to the Western Front.

The opening night of Toque is a party, where you can shop and enjoy a drink and a bratwurst. The fair continues Saturday and Sunday with a bake sale and activities for kids.
