Chocolate Arts combines the art of chocolate making from Belgium and France with the sustainable and organic sensibilities of the West Coast. The Kitsilano-based sweet shop has made premium, hand-crafted chocolates since 1989. All purees, concentrates, essences, most dried fruits and flavoured alcohols are made in-house using locally-grown products when available.Chocolates include signature, fruit, nut, and caramel varieties, as well as truffles. The winner of the Georgia Straight Golden Plates Award, Chocolate Arts is open Monday to Saturday.
