The school has been voted Vancouver’s top culinary school five years in a row. As an accredited culinary academy, PICA offers professional diploma programs in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts with 90% hands-on training. The school also features food enthusiast classes, corporate events, team building, catering and certified wine and sommelier programs, as well as the popular student run Bistro 101™ restaurant and Bakery 101™ café.
