A message from Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (PICA)Established in 1997 and located at the entrance of Vancouver’s iconic Granville Island, PICA has educated over 3,000 graduates who work in the industry in Vancouver and around the globe. The school has been voted Vancouver’s top culinary school five years in a row. As an accredited culinary academy, PICA offers professional diploma programs in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts with 90% hands-on training. The school also features food enthusiast classes, corporate events, team building, catering and certified wine and sommelier programs, as well as the popular student run Bistro 101™ restaurant and Bakery 101™ café.
