The 2026 Dine Around and Stay in Town program features more than 60 of Victoria's top restaurants offering set three-course menus at deliciously low prices, delighting locals and visitors alike. Dig into this 17-day culinary festival, as the city’s leading chefs curate some of the best farmed and foraged ingredients the region has to offer.

Greater Victoria’s hotels and accommodations take part in the program by offering special “Stay in Town” rates, ranging from budget-friendly to luxury. Nothing pairs better with a delicious night out than a retreat into your comfortable hotel room.

To launch the food festival, a gala is also organized where all participating local restaurants served up bite-sized "previews" of their dishes—all 60+ under one roof.

The Dine Around Gala takes place the evening of January 22, 2026, from 5-8 p.m. at the beautiful Crystal Garden! The Gala features abundant restaurant bites and delicious beverages from local wineries, cideries, and breweries. This is a record-breaking year for Dine Around and Stay in Town, with over 60 Greater Victoria eateries eager to become your new favourite! To pair, there will be live entertainment, live music and plenty of mixing and mingling.

Gala vendors are putting their best food-forward to impress and delight guests, while building excitement for the endless dining experiences that await during the 17-day Dine Around program running from January 23-February 8th, 2026.
