The works of Vancouver’s local artisans are set to be in full bloom with the return of Portobello West’s Spring Market.
On April 6 and 7, the fair will take over the Roundhouse Community Centre in Yaletown, offering up local and handmade goods—from fashion, jewellery, and art to home decor and skincare—made by local creatives.
The two-day event will feature a smorgasbord of goods for those who love to shop—and shop local at that—with more than 65 vendors hawking their wares, including Red Pot Pottery, Aether Flowers, Quilts by Belle, and Udderly Organic Soap Co., just to name a few.
A handful of food trucks will be parked just outside the main exhibition hall, too, offering up treats to satisfy any hunger or sweet tooth while you shop. The featured trucks include Baba’s House, Egg Blanket, and Tokyo Katsu-Sand.
Come for the one-of-a-kind gifts, stay (a little longer, at least) for the food.
