Uma Thurman is the latest Hollywood actor to tweet #metoo, but unlike others before her, she expressed pleasure that movie producer Harvey Weinstein's predicament is "going slowly".

"I said I was angry recently and I have a few reasons, #metoo, in case you couldn't tell by the look on my face," Thurman wrote on Instagram, referring to a previous interview with Access Hollywood.

Then she followed up with this:

"I feel it is important to take your time, be fair and exact, so... Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! (Except you Harvey and all your wicked conspirators - I'm glad it's going slowly - you don't deserve a bullet) - stay tuned".

Thurman was in seven films produced by Weinstein, including two Kill Bill movies.

Yesterday, the Guardian reported that detectives from different city police departments "are likely to be collaborating" as they gather evidence against the high-profile movie mogul.

Weinstein has denied ever engaging in nonconsensual sex and he has not been charged with any crimes.
