VIFF 2014: You'll love to hate The Riot Club

      The Riot Club (UK)

Two Oxford freshmen are recruited into the society of the title, named after an 18th Century libertine, with markedly different reactions to a night of assholish decadence that graduates into ultraviolence. This vicious takedown of Britain’s establishment is ruthless in its depiction of these super-privileged thugs, who will all go on to careers in Westminster, or worse. What’s especially great about The Riot Club, besides a phenomenal cast, is how satisfyingly rousing it is to anyone who hates these psychopathic fuckers as much as they hate you, peasant.
