Steph LeClair and Kristen McKenzie from Toronto have become the first female team to win The Amazing Race Canada.

The dating duo was the first team across the finish line on the top of Mount-Royal in Montreal.

They won $250,000, a trip around the world, and a choice of one of the Chevrolet cars or trucks used during the competition.

The two women beat exes Jillian MacLaughlin and Emmett Blois from Nova Scotia (who met on Big Brother Canada) and father-daughter team Joel Ground and Ashley Callingbull (who was Mrs. Universe 2015) from Enoch Cree Nation, Alberta.

The Season 4 teams raced through three countries, seven provinces, and 14 cities, including Vietnam, Cuba, and the Northwest Territories.
