Now is your chance to have your Hallmark movie moment.

Langley’s Martini Town by Martini Film Studios, which is the backdrop for many Hallmark Channel films, is opening its doors for Merry & Bright this December, giving fans the special chance to access a Hollywood-style film backlot that has been made into a holiday dreamland. The 16-acre outdoor site has building facades (rare for Canadian lots), making it the destination to film many movies and TV shows.

Martini Town encompasses a complete small town, including a New York-style brownstone street with a movie theatre and lit marquee, a coffee shop, an alleyway, a courthouse, a diner, a town square, and more. For Merry & Bright, the lot will be open to the public, and decked out in holiday lights, trees, decor, and more for a truly festive movie experience.

Delight in the holiday displays with live music, a market with artisan wares, and various food trucks, and complete the visit with a trip to see Santa. The staff of Merry & Bright are all involved in the film industry, giving the public a chance to learn some secrets of the trade—just look for people wearing the “I Work in Film” pins and ask them all your burning questions.
