Here’s everything new that’s coming to Amazon Prime Video Canada in February 2022.

      LOL: Laugh Out Loud Canada

We’ve waited long enough for a Canadian version of Last One Laughing, haven’t we? Amazon’s international comedy series—where a pack of funny people are locked in a house together and challenged to make one another laugh—shot a domestic edition in Toronto last year, roping Debra DiGiovanni, Dave Foley (both pictured above), Tom Green, Jon Lajoie, Mae Martin, Colin Mochrie, Brandon Ash Mohammed, Andrew Phung, Caroline Rhea, and K. Trevor Wilson into the challenge with Jay Baruchel as host. Who’ll crack? Who’ll win? How has no one leaked this on their Instagram yet? February 18

Although he’s the hero of more than two dozen novels by bestselling author Lee Child, the character of Jack Reacher, former military cop turned civilian investigator, hasn’t had the best track record on-screen, thanks to two fairly generic action-mysteries produced by and starring Tom Cruise… who, shall we say, was not the most convincing fit for someone described more than once as a towering mountain of a man. Titans’ Alan Ritchson takes the part for this adaptation of Child’s novel Killing Floor, alongside iZombie’s Malcolm Goodwin and Dare Me’s Willa Fitzgerald, with Lost In Space’s Maxwell Jenkins playing the young Jack in flashbacks. Except no one calls him Jack. Everyone calls him Reacher. February 4

      I Want You Back

Arriving just in time for Valentine’s Day, this anti-romcom stars Jenny Slate and Charlie Day—who co-starred in the dystopian actioner Hotel Artemis but had no scenes together—as a pair of recently dumped Atlanta residents who team up to ruin their exes’ new relationships by any means necessary. Scott Eastwood and Gina Rodriguez are the exes; Clark Backo and Manny Jacinto are their new flames. And if you’re having flashbacks to that icky '90s comedy Addicted to Love where Meg Ryan and Matthew Broderick fell in love while stalking their exes, don’t worry; screenwriters Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger (Love, Simon) have something else in mind. February 11

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (Season 4)

It’s been more than two years since we last saw Midge Maisel take the stage in pursuit of a career in comedy—or rather, since she saw her prospects scuttled when she was dropped from a cross-country tour that would have made her a star. What happens next? Well, Midge has a plan—much to the terror of her manager Susie. Rachel Brosnahan and Alex Borstein reprise their Emmy-winning roles in eight new episodes, rolling out two per week. February 18

      Charlie XCX: Alone Together

During the pandemic, U.K. pop star Charli XCX found herself locked down and floundering without an audience—so she coped by reaching out to her fans to develop and produce her new album, How I’m Feeling Now. This documentary—which premiered a year ago at SXSW—explores the process and the result. February 24
